1. MARINADE YOUR LAMB IN CHOPPED LAHPET, OLIVE OIL, SOY SAUCE AND HONEY. IF POSSIBLE LEAVE COVERED FOR AN HOUR
2. SEAR THE LAMB IN A HOT PAN UNTIL CRISPY
3. SLICE YOUR VEGETABLES AND FRY FOR FOUR MINUTES
4. ADD THE THE NOODLES, LAMB AND TWO TABLESPOONS OF CHOPPED LAHPET AND COOK FOR FURTHER 3 MINUTES
4. SERVE WITH LIME, CORIANDER AND BURMESE BEAN AND NUT MIX
